2027 Slave Lake Registration Form

Lunch plan is not mandatory, but if you choose not to have the lunch plan, your player will need to bring their lunch each day.

Upon registration submission, a $150 non-refundable deposit will need to be sent via e-transfer to bellzedge@gmail.com. Please include players name and which camp you've registered for in the comments of the e-transfer. If we do not receive the deposit your player will not have a confirmed spot in the camp.

 

You will receive an invoice for the remaining balance when the e-transfer has been accepted and your player's registration has been confirmed.

 

If we sell out and your player is on the waitlist we will notify you as soon as we can via email and you will receive an invoice if a spot opens for your player.
